How to Tell We've Received Your Order

When we receive your order, you'll see an Order Confirmation page. This page will contain your unique order number. We'll also follow-up with an Order Confirmation email message shortly. The Order Confirmation email includes a summary of your entire order, the shipping method, and shipping address.
What Happens if the Status of an Item Changes?

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately.

If an item you've ordered goes out of stock and is not expected back in, we will cancel the item and email you a Cancellation Notice. In such cases, if you paid with a credit card, you will not be charged for the item (nor will you be charged for any associated taxes).
